Food Trucks and Vendor Permits at Montgomery Parks

Permits for the resale of food, beverages, or merchandise

Vendors of food, beverage, or merchandise need a permit to sell or distribute on parkland.

Vendors: Simply fill out an application and submit it to the Park Permits Office. Please allow two weeks for processing.

If you are a homeowner association or an organization interested in hosting an event, please notify vendors about this permit requirement and complete a Special Event application to submit to the Permit Office.

Application for a permit for the resale of food, beverages, or merchandise on parkland can be made through email, USPS mail, fax, or by calling the Permit Office.

The completed application may be submitted in one of these ways:

  1. By emailing your completed application to ParkPermits@MontgomeryParks.org
  2. By mailing your completed application to Montgomery Parks, M-NCPPC, Park Permit Office, 2425 Reedie Drive, Wheaton, MD 20902
  3. By faxing your completed application to 301-495-2484
  4. By calling the Park Permit Office at 301-495-2525
