Tuckerman Neighborhood Conservation Area is undeveloped for active recreation. The park features 5.7 acres of undeveloped open space that sits between Deborah Drive and the McLean School of Maryland. M-NCPPC acquired Tuckerman Neighborhood Conservation Area in 1970.
