The 8.9-acre North Point Neighborhood Conservation Area, like other neighborhood conservation areas, does not contain development for active recreation. The park protects the headwaters of a tributary of Bennett Creek and provides open space in the Fox Ridge Estates neighborhood. M-NCPPC acquired the area in 1970.
