The Leland-Beach Triangle Neighborhood Conservation Area sits on 1/10 of an acre in Silver Spring. Like other neighborhood conservation areas, this park provides undeveloped open space for neighborhood enjoyment. The park serves the Meadowbrook Village neighborhood of Chevy Chase.
This park features a basketball court, playground, and an open play area. M-NCPPC acquired the 3.7-acre park in 1968.
