While undeveloped for active recreation, Inverness Forest boasts 6.5 acres of the natural environment. The park stretches east from Deborah Drive to Seven Locks Road, which borders Cabin John Regional Park on the other side. M-NCPPC acquired Inverness Forest Neighborhood Conservation Area in 1970.
