PBA Tennis Center and Wheaton Indoor Tennis will reopen on Monday, July 6, with the following precautions and practices:
O nline reservations using QUICK RESERVE open at 12:00am on Sunday, June 28.
Per normal policy, reservations will be available eight (8) days out, starting at midnight.
All staff and patrons will be required to wear a mask/face covering per state and local orders.
We encourage patrons to stay home if they are not feeling well.
Patrons will wait until 5 minutes prior to their scheduled court time to enter the facility and proceed to check-in following social distancing markers.
Weather permitting, the front door used to enter the facility will be propped open to limit the need to touch door handles. Exit doors have push bars so patrons can exit hands-free.
We encourage patrons to make purchases/reservations using credit or debit cards and to make reservations by phone or the internet in advance.
Patrons will not be allowed to congregate in any area of the facility. Limited number of players per court.
Patrons are always to observe the CDC’s requirements for social distancing at all times.
Designated doors used to enter and exit courts will be propped open to limit the need to touch door handles.
Court benches will be wiped down with disinfectant regularly by staff. (Patrons can bring their own chair).
Use of loaner racquets is suspended until further notice.
Restroom usage will be limited on how many people can access at one time.
Showers and lockers will be closed until further notice.
Heightened cleaning procedures per CDC guidelines will be followed. Staff will clean and disinfect all surface areas every hour (counter tops, door handles, railings, computer screen, keyboard, credit card machine). The restroom will also be cleaned and disinfected at least every two hours.
At the conclusion of play, patrons should exit the facility promptly through the courtside doors without gathering and leave the property in a safe manner.
