I would like to host a 5K run/walk fund raiser in your park. What is the procedure?
All special event requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Park Permit Office at 301-495-2525 for more information.

Is there an extra cost to host a special event in the parks?
Not always. The cost to host a special event in a park depends upon the number of participants and the length, location and type of event you are planning. The first step is to submit a Special Event Request Form for review by Parks staff. Staff will inform you if your event requires any additional fees.
