Campsites await you for nights under the stars
Beautiful surroundings welcome you at Cabin John Regional Park and Parklawn Campgrounds. Each offers primitive camping opportunities right in the heart of busy metropolitan areas. Each campsite features grills, a campfire circle, pit toilets, and can accommodate a maximum of 10 campers. These campsites are available for rental by Montgomery County residents only.
Little Bennett Campground, located in Little Bennett Regional Park, offers close to 100 wooded sites surrounded by more than 3,000 acres of forests and meadows. Little Bennett Campground is open to all. Contact the Little Bennett Campground Office at 301-972-9222 for availability and reservations.

Rules and Regulations
All Permit Holders must follow M-NCPPC rules and regulations, contract rules and regulations, as well as the specific Guidelines and Conditions of Use as stated on the facility permit.

Cabin John Campsites - Robert C. McDonell Campground
Location: 7701 Tuckerman Lane,

Facilities Available: Walk-in primitive sites. Grills, tables, a campfire circle, pit toilets, two tent pads on each site.
Capacity: up to 10 campers can be accomodated.
Parking: There are two parking lots: lower sites # 1, 2, 6, 7 and upper sites # 3, 4, 5
NOTE: Campsites are available year-round with no running water between November 1 and March 31. There are two port-a-johns in each parking lot - one regular and one handicapped accessible.
Parklawn Campsites
Location: 12724 Veirs Mill Road,

Facilities Available: Walk-in primitive sites. Each campsite features grills, a campfire circle, pit toilets,Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
Capacity: up to 5 campers can be accommodated.
NOTE: Campsites at Parklawn are available April through October.
