Background
After almost 20 years of extremely heavy use, the playground needed renovating. The landscape architecture firm of Oculus, Inc. was retained to produce the design. Their proposal involved bisecting the site, which sits on a slope and developing level areas for different play activities.
Status/Project Update
The construction fence was removed on Friday, September 30, 2011 and the playground was opened for public use!
