Surrounded by 26 acres of wooded park land, The Lodge at Little Seneca Creek is the perfect natural setting for all types of social gatherings as well as business meetings. Seneca Lodge is a handsome log cabin featuring a towering stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and a panoramic view. The large, exterior wooden decks offer your guests beautiful views of an open field and wooded backdrop.

Seneca Lodge is managed by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) and is located in Camp Seneca public park. The Lodge is utilized as an Event Center and is one of four Montgomery Parks Event Centers.
The Lodge is typically available for viewing during Open House events, so patrons are encouraged to visit. Planning a wedding? The Lodge is the perfect rustic setting for weddings! Ceremonies are typically held on the lawn followed by a tented cocktail hour, then a reception and dancing inside the Lodge.
The 30-by-60-foot Seneca Tent is installed April through October. It features a flagstone tent pad and a beautiful patio area. The tent is most often utilized as a covered area for wedding ceremonies or cocktail hours. The flagstone patio may be used without the tent November through March. Your guests can enjoy your event indoors and outdoors!
The 30-by-60-foot Seneca Lodge tent is available for rent April through October in combination with the Lodge. Ceremonies are often held on the lawn, followed by a tented cocktail hour and an indoor reception! The tent is a permanent structure April through October. Please remember that Saturday dates, April through October, require the rental of both the tent and Seneca Lodge.
Seneca Lodge is the perfect location for a private business meeting, or small business day retreat. Attendees can relax between sessions on its decks and enjoy panoramic views. Seneca Lodge can be reserved Monday -Friday for 8-hours. The 8-hour rental fee for the Lodge is $600 for Montgomery County Organizations/Residents. To include the tent with the reservation is $950 for Montgomery County Organizations/Residents. Tables, chairs, linens, screen and projector are included with rental fee upon request.
The following reservation discounts are available for events held April 1 through June 30, 2017:
• 25% discount on any Friday or Sunday 8-hour reservation
• 6-hour reservations now available for Lodge or Tent
• Weekday Business Rentals $500

|CAPACITY||Maximum Capacity of the Seneca Lodge Park Event Center is 120 guests.
During winter months, when all event activities including ceremonies take place inside Seneca Lodge, a capacity of 80 is recommended to ensure adequate event space for you and your guests.
|FLOOR PLANS||Floor plans may be submitted by email and are due at least 30 days prior to your event.|
|CATERING||Reservation holders may select any licensed and insured caterer of their choice. All alcohol must be served by the drink, by a professional bartender (provided by the caterer).|
|BUSINESS M-F||Business: 8-hour rentals Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
