Celebrate the Winter Solstice at Brookside Nature Center December 20

Enjoy winter activities and crafts from cultures all around the world at Brookside Nature Center! We'll celebrate the short days and long nights with fire, food, crafts and a solstice spiral walk. Join us from 1-5 pm. To sign up, visit ActiveMONTGOMERY.org and register for program #9929. Fee is $6 for ages 3 and up.

Inclement Weather Policy: Brookside Nature Center follows Montgomery County Public School closures, delayed openings and early releases. If MCPS are closed due to inclement weather, all Nature Center children’s programs are cancelled. Adult programs cancellations will be decided on a case by case basis; please call the Nature Center to check on the status of your adult class.
