Registering for Programs
Reservations are required for all programs and payment must be made at the time of reservation.
NOTE: You'll need to create a ParkPASS account in order to register.
Registration and payments can be made the following ways:
- On-line at www.ParkPASS.org or by our automated phone system 301-962-1472 using a credit card.
- Phone 301-916-0220 at the Visitor Center using a credit card.
- In person with a credit card, cash or check.
- Mail-in. If you mail in your payment, you will only be registered if there is still space available when your payment is received.

Program Withdrawal Policy
MONTGOMERY PARKS REFUND POLICY
- If Montgomery Parks cancels a course, you will be notified and receive a full credit on your ParkPASS account; or, at your request, a full refund.
- NEW policy effective November 1, 2009: In order to withdraw from a Montgomery Parks course, submit a written request to the facility hosting the course.

If your written request is received at least five business days before the course begins, you may choose to receive a full credit for the course on your ParkPASS account, or a refund less a 20% administrative fee. For courses with fees of less than $10, you will receive a credit on your ParkPASS account; no refunds will be given. - If your written withdrawal request is received less than five days before the start of a course, no refund will be given for that course. If the course has multiple class sessions and you submit a written request to withdraw after the first class, you will receive a ParkPASS account credit, or a refund for the remaining classes less a 20% administrative fee. No credit or refund issued after the second class in a course series has met.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for classes missed by the participant. No refund requests will be considered after the last scheduled date of a course.
- All refunds will be issued to the payer in the same form (check or charge) as the payment that was received. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive a check refund. Credit card refunds can take from 5-7 days to appear on your account, depending on your bank/credit card company.
