The Splash Playground is one of the most popular features of South Germantown Recreational Park. Kids will have an excellent time and stay cool playing in the one-of-a-kind 280-jet water maze, cave with a waterfall, water bucket drops, slide, and spraying animals. Tables and umbrellas provide shaded rest areas. Restrooms, changing rooms with lockers, and vending machines area available onsite.
The park has one 18-hole Miniature Golf course adjacent to the Splash Playground. Designed with delicate contour changes, sloping greens, water features and natural obstacles, this championship course will challenge golfers of all ages (including adults). 2013 Splash and Golf Brochure

July 4th Mini-Golf Splash-a-Thon: Just $5!
Gather the family and come spend the July 4th holiday at South Germantown Recreational Park! Splash all day and play two games of miniature golf for just $5, and (if you like) rent one of the three party tents at the Splash Playground for a picnic lunch (see "Party at South Germantown" below). Then join the Montgomery County Recreation Department's "Germantown Glory" 4th of July celebration in the evening! Live music begins at 7pm, and the fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9:15 pm.
NEW! Rent the Whole Park for "The Big Splash"
Now you can rent the entire Splash Playground from 6:15 to 7:45pm, any day of the week! Splash, play miniature golf, and have a blast--the Playground is all yours!

It's Grandparents Day Every Monday!
Bring your grandchildren to the Splash Playground any Monday, pay the regular $5 admission for each of them, and you get in free!
Admission Fees
- Splash Playground: $5.00 per person, ages 2 & up (All patrons age 2 and up entering the Splash Playground must pay admission.
- Miniature Golf: $3.00 per person, per round
- Splash & Golf Combo: $7.50 per person; includes one round of golf and a full day's admission to Splash Playground. Available to groups of up to 30 people.
Splash & Golf Combo tickets are not available for groups of 31 or more people; please see the "Group Rates" below. - Discount Ticket Books: $45.00 for 10 admissions Good for 10 daily admission passes to the Splash Playground. It's 10 for the price of 9!
- Family Memberships If you find yourself at the South Germantown Splash Playground a couple of times a week, why not get a Family Membership and save some cash? $95.00 covers unlimited admissions to the Splash Playground for one full season for up to 4 family members. You'll find them at the ticket booth at the Splash Playground entrance.
- Group Rates: Groups of 31 or more people qualify for a Group Rate of $4.50 per person. If you'd like to bring a group to the Splash Playground, please make advance reservations at least one week in advance by calling 301-670-4685 (ask to speak with a manager). A $40 non-refundable deposit is required when your group reservation is made. Print out the 2013 Splash and Golf Brochure for more detailed information on how to make a group reservation, rules and regs, and the application form you'll need to fill out.
- Fee Reduction Coupons may be used for admission to both the Splash Playground and Miniature Golf.

Want a cool, fun place to host your party or group activity? Party at South Germantown Splash Playground & Miniature Golf! It's as easy as 1-2-3. All three party tents are available to rent during the days and times the Splash Playground & Miniature Golf course are open, May 25 - September 2. Admission fees are additional. No price increase from 2012!

To reserve a party tent and plan your party, please read through the 2013 Splash & Golf Brochure--you'll find answers to most of your questions here, as well as the application form you'll need to fill out. You can check availability online any time at www.ParkPASS.org (scroll down to "South Germantown" and you'll see availability for both the large and medium tents.) After you've found a date that works for you, please fill out the reservation application and mail or fax it to the Splash Playground.

Now you can rent the ENTIRE Splash Playground seven days a week, from 6:15-7:45pm. Your party can splash, play mini-golf, relax and have a blast. The Playground is all yours!

Ask for your "Come Backer" Frequent Golfer Card
A "come-backer" is a golf term for a putt made after the initial putt goes past the hole. And these new "Come Backer" cards, now available at South Germantown's championship Miniature Golf course, are a great reason to keep coming back to South Germantown Recreational Park.
The next time you're at the Splash Playground or Miniature Golf course, ask for your Come Backer card at the ticket window. Then, every time you play a round, get your card stamped before you leave. After playing just four rounds of miniature golf, the next round's on us! Get your card today!
