Limousine Policy

Individuals, limousine companies, or other group transports, must acquire a Limousine Permit in advance of the arrival date in order to ensure parking is available.

Limousines will be permitted entry as space and our schedule allows.

Limousine Companies: When your hiring party asks for Brookside Gardens as their destination, be sure that they have also established a reservation for photos or any other type of gathering.

Any groups entering for the purpose of a photography session must also have a photo permit that has been issued to the photographer or responsible party. For more information, please see our Photography Policy.
- Brookside Gardens allows up to 10 persons for limousine and/ or photography permits.
- Any groups over 10 must obtain a photo session rental reservation in advance for use of the facility. (Fee: $350 per hour)

Groups over 10 persons wishing to reserve the Gardens any other type of gathering should contact the Rental Program Office for a complete list of Garden rental areas and fees.

Brookside Gardens’ staff has the right to refuse entry to limousines on heavy visitation days and for any unforeseen circumstances.

An adult chaperone must accompany all children and youth groups.

Please contact the Rental Program Office, (301)962-1404 one week prior to your requested date. You may then reserve up to an hour, if available.

Special regulations apply during the “Gardens of Lights.”  Limousines will be charged for parking at all times during the event. Advance reservations are required for Limousine entry to the Garden of Lights. Call 301-962-1457 for reservations. Limousines with 14 or fewer passengers will be charged regular admission. 15-24 passenger buses/ limousines: $50
